Stone Age Climbing Gym hosted the 2011 Colorado/New Mexico Regional Championships on Saturday and it was Awesome! (if you don't mind us saying so ourselves.) Thanks to all the competitors and volunteers for helping, and to our members for dealing with our gym being torn apart for a week.

To our customers:
In order to prepare adequately for this event, we will begin working on setting the routes on Tuesday evening around 8p.m. This means that "construction" will begin Tuesday evening in the Play Pen and spread throughout other parts of the gym as the week progresses. We will make our best effort to keep as much of the gym as possible open for use but the areas with competition routes will be closed. They gym will be closed Saturday May 14th. We will return to normal conditions Sunday May 15th.

Team Mojo Bake Sale:
Stone Age's very own Team Mojo will be hosting a bake sale on Saturday morning in time for check-in. We will have breakfast burritos, bagels, coffee, drinks, and an assortment of baked goods available for purchase. Support the team and eat breakfast here!

To the competitors:
We look forward to seeing all of you on May 14th! However, starting at 8p.m. on Tuesday May 10th STAY OUT! We will be setting routes for the competition the rest of the week and any competitors caught in the gym will be disqualified. Now that that is out of the way, on to more pleasant things:

We have a arranged a host hotel for those still needing to make arrangements. It is the Raddison Hotel and Water Park. This facility is just one exit away on I-40 and is a fun place to hang out. We need volunteers to help us with this large event. Volunteers will receive a competition T-Shirt, lunch, and a 20% off coupon to our gear shop.
